The second video I’ll talk about today is the credits song to Portal 2 ‘Want You Gone’. After Portal 1’s hit song Still Alive there was a lot to live up to due to its still overwhelming popularity. After watching an entire playthrough of the game and listening to this song about 4 or 5 times I honestly like it more than Still Alive. It feels like a more complete song where Still Alive is very quirky. I won’t explain what the song is exactly explaining and I warn that the song has a few minor unexplained spoilers and in this particular video there’s a spoiler right after the song so I strongly suggest you turn the video off as soon as the song is over and you see the personality cores floating in space if you don’t want the story spoiled for you. Regardless thought its a really fun and catchy song well worth listening to and I can’t wait to hear the Johnathon Coulton version of it (I know he wrote it I just want to hear how he sings it like he did for Still Alive).
